Any change in this agreement or our rights must be in writing and signed by an authorized Budget Truck Rental, LLC officer. It is the entire agreement between us concerning this rental. AGREEMENT: These terms and conditions, the Rental Document signed by you, any other supplemental Budget forms or brochures attached to, or included with, the Rental Document, and a return record with computed rental charges together constitute the rental agreement between you and us. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Budget Truck Rental, LLC.Ģ. The terms “you” and “your”, refer to the person who signs the Rental Document. You are not, nor is any driver of the Truck, an agent, servant, or employee of us for any purpose whatsoever.
